On Saturday, April 11, 2026, LBC will hold its 23rd annual Art of Dessert Gala, which raises vital funds to support the arts and education programs provided by the Center throughout the year. Serving over 50,000 students, teachers, and parents annually, these beloved programs offer fun and engaging art classes, valuable education training tools, musical instruments loaned free of charge, arts-integrated classroom instruction by LBC teaching artists, and so much more.

Since its launch in 2003, The Art of Dessert has raised over $8 million to help support our community’s home for the arts, and helped provide access for all to the arts, reaching over 1 million children and adults. We believe the arts play a pivotal role in building individual and communal foundations, and this event is integral to our efforts to provide a broad array of life-changing arts education opportunities in and out of the classroom, at little to no cost for participants.
